"Our dam has grades too low to justify operation."
With conventional flotation, yes. With Green Mining's four-layer architecture — where nano liberation exposes metal the mechanical cell can't reach — the economically viable residual grade drops significantly. Assets written off as end-of-life come back to the math.
"Processing tailings will require new licensing."
In most jurisdictions, recovery on an already-licensed asset operates under existing permits or light additional permits (not equivalent to new pit licensing). We assess jurisdiction by jurisdiction in diligence.
"We've tried reprocessing before and it didn't work."
Previous attempts used recombination of conventional technology — improved mechanical cells, tuned reagents, enhanced control. Incremental on incremental. Green Mining operates on a different physical architecture, field-validated since 2012 in South American operation, audited by SGS.
"How long until first production?"
From format signing to first ton of concentrate: typically far shorter than greenfield cycle, because modular 25 t/h plants are replicable and don't require large civil works. Exact timeline depends on the asset — presented at pilot stage.
"Will we compete with you for the same metal?"
No. Green Mining operates on tailings — the asset you've already processed and discarded. We don't compete for your run-of-mine, your concentrator, your operational team, or your sales contracts. We're a second production lane on an asset you already considered zero.
