Regenerative mining: a new category, on a deposit already available.

Green Mining's thesis is not that there is a better flotation technology. The thesis is that the mining industry, over a century, generated a surface reserve that no one could process. Now we can.

The premise

The industry mined a deposit above the ground.

Every mining company coexists with tailings. Since industrial mining exists, conventional flotation concentrates metal by 6 to 7 times and recovers between 60% and 75% of the metal contained in ore. Whatever isn't concentrated and recovered goes to tailings — dams, stockpiles, dumps.

That number, projected over a century of industrial mining, forms a reserve. Trillions of dollars in metal were ground, processed, and discarded across that period. Tens of billions of tons of tailings are added to the global stock every year.

The metal is there. Fragmented, occluded, but present. What was missing was technology to recover it at economic scale.

Why now

Three vectors converge.

Tailings reprocessing only makes sense when three vectors align. First, accumulation: the global stock of tailings has reached a critical mass that turns operation into a systemic opportunity. Second, technology: the combination of nano liberation, compact-column flotation, proprietary chemistry, and algorithmic control stepped up a class. Third, agenda: ESG pressure from institutional capital and the global energy transition changed the risk-return math for this kind of asset.

The three pillars

Reserve. Technology. Scale.

01RESERVE

Planetary reserve, on the surface, growing.

Trillions in metal already ground, processed, and discarded. Tens of billions of tons added annually. Conventional flotation leaves 25% to 40% of the metal in tailings. The reserve is planetary, surface-level, and grows every day.

02TECHNOLOGY

Different physics. Not incremental.

Concentration up to 250×. Recovery of up to 99% in gold, with per-metal ceilings anchored in the mineralogical signature of the asset. Kinetics up to 57× faster. Total cycle reduced by more than 85% in the gold case. Not incremental — different physics.

03SCALE

By replication, not by single mega-build.

Modular plants of 25 tons per hour. Green Mining scales like renewable energy — by unit replication. No dependence on a single mega-build, no dependence on new-pit licensing.

The definition

What Green Mining is, in one sentence.

Institutional definition

A new-generation mining company whose deposit is the planet's surface. We don't sell technology — we are the mining company that operates on that deposit.
